Use any recipe you like such as roast chicken.  Place the salt and peppered bird in the roaster and place in a cold oven.  Turn on the oven and cook.  You will be amazed at the results.  Tasty, tender, and no basting required!  All the natural vitamins and minerals are retained in the cooking process, and no additional fat is needed.  Serve right from the oven to the table.  The glazed bottom is easily cleaned with no bacteria retention.  Next time, use the roaster for beef, casseroles, desserts, or even bread!
